I just bought a FABULOUS a PETTISKIRT, and had to share my “buy”, lol! Boy O’ boy… my checkbook is in TROUBLE, because I am in LOVE with this pretty lil’ thing!
I found this GORGEOUS petti from Forget Me Not Kids. And… I’ll be buying more, I’m sure of it! lol This is a “Sam’s” pettiskirt, which I’ve heard ALOT about. On top of the high quality, soft materials & STUNNING color.. it’s made in the USA 
Which, as my bags are made in the USA also, is always a great thing to see making a purchase.
Anyway, it’s totally OT for my bag blog, but I was so pleased w/this buy, that I had to share ENJOY!

My favorite newborn pose is a basic, natural one…when they are lying on a bed, blanket, etc. on their tummies with their cute little tushies up and their tiny knees tucked under. They just look so peaceful…God’s precious and amazing miracle of life.
My favorite newborn pose is the baby laying on a fluffy plush blanket or snuggled in a huge teddybear. I also love them sleeping on their tummy curled up with their tushies in the air. ^_^
My favorite newborn pose is actually a combination. I love the detail shots… their little hands, their noses, feet, ect. Then putting them together in a collage/montage.
My favorite newborn pose is when they are cradled sideways facing outward asleep and cheek to cheek with mom (both of their eyes closed). LOVE it.
My favorite newborn pose is one with the mom where they are both in the moment. It’s not easy to get, but when you capture it, it is priceless.
I would have to say my favorite pose I have seen done was a newborn twin shot and they were wrapped in some kind of cotton and we hugging making it look like a heart with arms around each other. It melts my heart and one day I hope to have the importunity (and patience) to get to shoot twins and try it.
My fav newborn pose is using a bean bag or a boppy covered by a soft blanket and curling the sleepy little sweetie into the fetal position. So sweet and can only be captured in those precious first weeks.
i love putting the newbies curled up in my sheepskin rug inside a basket or bowl…and it especially great if its a nice day and plop them in a pretty spot outside somewhere
My favorite newborn pose is a sleeping baby on black background, curled up. If he/she is sucking on a thumb, all the better.
I love to take them outside, wrap them in a blanket, place them in a basket and take closeups of their feet. Too Cute!
Oh it’s so hard to say which pose is my favorite…..but I will say that I absolutely love taking pictures of the nb baby with their Mom cause you are able to capture a look that is undeniably priceless!
I love the newborn pose where they are on their bellies, legs curled up under them, arms folded under their chin with their chin balanced/resting on top where it makes their little cheeks/lips pucker out… too cute!
My favorite little pose is wrapped up in a pretty wrap in a basket sleeping!
This works better with 3-4 month old babies, but I have a red fleece diaper cover I love (not nearly as cute as the Tushie Wrap, though!) and put the baby in it on a fluffy white comforter. Then I unroll a huge spool of red and white candy cane ribbon around and over and under the baby and just let them go crazy playing with it. I’ve done it with tiny newborns too and just tied a little bow around them, which is cute, but it is so fun when the baby can play with the ribbon a little bit.
Hmmm…how can I choose just one favorite of a newborn? They’re all so precious! I guess I will have to second (and third and fourth) the naked baby curled up on their tummy, bum in the air, legs tucked underneath, sleeping peacefully. That’s a favorite of my clients, too!
I love a baby on their tummy, scrunched up with a shallow DOF…focused on their tiny little toes.
My fave pose for a newborn is lying wrapped in a blanket on an old set of scales.
I love anything when they are sleeping! One of my favorites is when the father holds them down his arms with their tiny head resting in his hands. It is fun to take it from several different angles…focusing on the hands and upper body.
Gosh so many I poses I love. I guess my most favorite is baby laying on top of piles of blankets in a drawer.

My favorite newborn pose is having one of the parents hold the baby facing them with both hands cupped under baby’s head with the body laying down their forearms. I shoot a close up of the baby’s head and mom or dad’s hands. It’s a beautiful shot of the baby’s head and it gives perspective of just how tiny they are.
My favorite newborn pose…ummm….how to choose just one. I love the ones with their heads propped on their arms…. and the shot is taken directly in front of their face. I really love that pose…it’s so sweet.
I prefer a more natural shot as opposed to the posed looks. Just asleep (and quiet
) in a crib or some such snuggled amongst blankets.
My favorite is the close up of the face resting on the little arms. Hard to do, but beautiful!!!
Love them curled up or in a cocoon type wrap!!!
My favorite newborn pose is the one when they are in a fabric cradle hanging from a branch. They always look so serene and it is such a creative pose.
i love to have a hint of mom or dad in the newborn shot. maybe dad’s strong hands holding the delicate baby or a glimpse of mom’s profile gazing lovingly at her baby. its all about the connection for me!
My favorite newborn pose is sleeping naked baby curled up with the feet close to the face.
One of the poses that I’ve loved most is seeing babies bundled up in a basket with some sort of gorgeous natural looking blanket hanging over the edge. The earthiness of the basket, natural looking fabrics, and the pure, new baby gets me every time! That’s part of what I love so much about this prize - the earthy tones! And Ewa’s work is beautiful - her product as well as her newborn images!

My favorite newborn pose is when the baby is on a soft plush blanket facing right towards you with their hands placed just right and they are sleeping with a cute knitted hat on their head! Love it!
My favorite newborn pose is a naked baby against his or her father’s bare chest. This shows the special relationship between parent and child.
My favorite baby pose is on with Mom or Dad with baby draped on their extended arm… just love how tiny they look!
My second favorite is baby laying on Mom/Dad’s shoulder!

anytime i can get a newborn sleeping, it is a great shot! i never seem to get them to sleep until mom & dad are ready to walk out the door.

My favorite pose is a newborn comfortably laying on mom or dad’s chest. You know they are absolutely at peace there and it always makes for a fantastic photo.
My favourite newborn pose is having them all curled up just like when they’re in the womb… and using Mamique newborn peanut makes them all the more cuter… just like a peanut!!
My favorite is lying on the tummy with the little tushie in the air, legs curled up underneath…. But then again, they are all just precious.
I’m just starting in photography and will have a baby to shoot for in January and would love to win this. I don’t have a favorite pose but I do love the ones where they are sitting on a bean bag or on a nice soft comfy blanket.
I love a baby wrapped up tight in a colorful blanket, laying on their side. Very simple!
