Inspired from my friend & fellow photographer,  Jessica Gwozdz, here are my favorite PERSONAL (Tracy Joy) images from 2013…

Counting backwards… not in any real order, aside from my #1 image at the bottom.
Here are my favorite 13 images of my own family, from 2013… and I adore every.single.one!

#13:
AJ has been asking for a skateboard since birth (no, seriously… he’s obsessed). So for his 7th birthday… we caved.
His smile says it all… mixture of excitement & anxiety to finally GET ON!

Can’t wait for this spring… it’s so fun to watch, and the whole family loves cheering him on!

Reese in the snow.  This was taken in February 2013… I cant believe how much her hair grew since then.
And LOVE the added snow & textures I used from Jessica Drosins WEATHER EFFECTS Collection (must have!)

AJ… the bizzaro boy.
This kid has so many faces, he’s def got his mothers “weirdness”! But what I love about this shot is his eye color… you can truly see how GORGEOUS they are.

Joy’s 9m picture.
She was such a squirm during this shot.. I just got this single good one!
Best part of this image… it’s in front of our old house… and I will truly miss those gorgeous hydrangeas in the background.

AJ smiles… this may be my #1 favorite image of him?!
This was taken a few days after we moved into our new house, in July.  Our neighbors swing set was their “2nd home” for a few months in the hot summer.

Seriously.. what is this cute little face thinking of?
Watching the snow fall… getting ready for a nap… puppy dogs & kittens? WHO KNOWS, but she sure is cute.

Our fall family portrait.
Finally… a picture of us ALL TOGETHER! I remember it was FREEZING that day, and Joy wasnt up to her usual smiling… but I have all my loves together, and nothing quite compares.

And my #1 favorite image from 2013 is of my parents… they rarely *(like never) take a pictures. My mom is usually behind the camera, and my dad chasing a small child somewhere in our home, haha!  Aside from that.. I love their expressions, and how simply sweet & fabulous and VERY LOVING they are.  This… is my favorite image from 2013, 100% .
