My hearts delight…. rekindling my True Joy

Recently, I (Tracy Joy), had a brief medical scare.  No worries… Im A-Ok! However, it left me thinking….. “I really better stop and smell the roses MORE OFTEN“!   It’s so easy for me to spin through my days, and fly by the seat of my pants (cuz Im crazy like that!)… but the simple thought crossed my mind, “WHAT IF?…“…

As you know, if you have worked with Jamie or I … we sincerely LOVE WHAT WE DO… and capturing picture perfect moments fill our hearts with mountains of happiness!

However, that simple thought left me thinking… what about all of the every day moments in MY life… the ones that may not be picture perfect, but fill me with even more laughter and JOY than anything imaginable.

• What if I never wiped a tear from my sons face again…
• or if I was unable to help him with a simple homework assignment…
• What if I missed out on hearing those giggles…
• or playing dress up with my girls?
• What if I was no longer around to enjoy the SIMPLE JOYS in my own life?

So, I took an afternoon… and shadowed my babies, capturing simple little moments, and CHERISHING them….
and that, I share with you here… because life can truly be TOO SHORT!

*i didnt even bother to edit them (minus a couple black white conversions)…
they are RAW, straight out of my camera and from my heart.*

Vow to live for today,
never look back at yday,
and don’t count on tomorrow…
Because a new day is never promised to anyone.

So hold tight to now, and enjoy life’s every moment.
Step away from your work, demands and chores…
and take a deep breathe, wiggle your toes, and hug everyone you meet.

Skip a nap and share a cuddle while watching a silly princess movie….
