At the time of your session, this retainer fee can be applied to the cost of your session.
This retainer fee can be applied to any TJP Session: Newborn, Babies, Maternity, Styled, etc
What are you paying for? In short, you are paying this retainer fee to reserve your session and the services of Tracy Joy Photography… here is more on that!
To reserve the session date and to reserve the photographer, Client shall pay the Photographer (Tracy Joy), upon execution of their agreement, a non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of $100. This is a fee paid in advance to Photographer (Tracy Joy), which secures the right for Client to have Photographers services when they are required. Client understands and agrees that Photographer (Tracy Joy) will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the session date, for any reason, Photographer (Tracy Joy) shall suffer loses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agree that, in the event of cancellation by Client, such $100 shall be forfeited by cancellation and paid to Photographer (Tracy Joy) as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Photographer(Tracy Joy) agree that such amount is reasonable.
