TURNAROUND TIME AND AVAILABILITY
Most items will ship within five to seven (5-7) business days of payment reciept, unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal & Google checkout for online payments. Purchases made in person can be paid for by personal check, money order, or cash.
All purchases bought and delivered within the State of Illinois will be charged a 7.0% sales tax.
Why cant I buy the accessories direct from Tracy Joy Inc?
Due to the high volume of bag sales, Tracy Joy has "contracted" out certain matching accessories. You can still buy the SAME products from Sugar Plum Baby on Etsy http://sugarplumbaby.etsy.com

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES
Purchases or gifts may be returned within 30 days of the day you received the order (unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging) for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).
Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is a flaw in the manufacturing of the product (then TJ will pay return/exchange shipping).
All bags have a 6 month warranty that covers any defects or manufacturing flaws.
This does NOT include cases of bag misuse, alteration of design or damages caused to equipment while using the bag.
We will repair or replace any damage bags due to the above mentioned details.

CAMERA & DIAPER BAG WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Camera bags are SPOT CLEAN only, due to the added padding in each bag. Diaper bags are washable, on a gentle/cold cycle and flat dried.
