Client PORTRAIT AGREEMENT:
(this form must be read, agreed upon, and filled out,
in order to become a client of Tracy Joy Photography)
CLIENT CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT
I GRANT, ASSIGN AND CONVEY FULL OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT AND ANY OTHER RIGHTS IN ANY AND ALL PHOTOGRAPHS PRODUCED DURING THIS SESSION TO THE ABOVE-NAMED PHOTOGRAPHERS.
- All clients are given a password protected, online gallery, to view their session.
- Galleries are provided within 7 days of session, and are available for viewing for 10 days thereafter.
- If you would like the gallery open longer, a small fee of $20 will be instituted.
- Files are archived (saved in our database) for up to 6 months,thereafter they are removed an no longer available for purchase or viewing.
- We accept payment in the terms of: Paypal, Cash or Check.$75
- Min Print order order purchase, portraits not included in session fee.
- Minor retouching will be applied to all portraits, any extra retouching has additional fees starting at $10 per file.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me, or the use to which it may be applied.
I acknowledge that the photography session was conducted in a completely proper and highly professional manner, and this release was willingly signed.
I commit to withdraw from making any legal claims or disputes against either the photographers, or their agents in regards to image usage. And understand fully that the photographer is under no legal obligation to compensate me for the use of any photo(s).
I understand that the Photographers maintains copyright to these images, therefore it is unlawful to reproduce,copy, print, or use these prints in any form or fashion.
I give above said photographer unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use, or publish photographic portraits taken by Tracy Joy of myself (or said minors) for display, publication, advertising, professional print competition, or other lawful purposes. (blog, website, portfolio, studio, etc)
I understand that my name, and especially the names of minors, will NOT be used or released publically.
I certify that I am not a minor, and am free and able to give such consent.
By filling out the below form, this means that you have:
1) Read & agree, with the above statement & terms
2) Understand that filling out the below form is your “cyber signature” and agreement to the above statements & terms.
3) Are ready to become a client of Tracy Joy Photography!
