Tracy Joy Photography is hosting a Cutest Kid Contest! Beginning Wednesday July 14th 2010 you will be able to submit a photo of your cutest kid, and the winner will receive a free photo session with Tracy Joy Photography, as well as 1 8×10, 2 5×7′s, one set of 8 wallets, and 3 digital images to share of your choice.
Here are the details:

*Email entries to enter@tracyjoy.com
*One entry per child
* You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest
* Child must be 17 years old or younger on the date of entry
* You must have permission/rights to use the photo you enter
* Photo must have been taken in the last 6 months
* Photos will be accepted from 12:01am Wednesday July 14th until 11:59pm Sunday July 18th, 2010 (EST) via e-mail
* Only photos e-mailed to [removed due to excessive spam] with the Subject line TJP CONTEST during the previously mentioned time will be accepted
* Include your child’s name and age in the e-mail (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name and contact information
* Contest open to everyone, however if you live outside of a 20 mile radius from Lake Zurich, IL, you must choose a location within 20 miles of Lake Zurich, IL for your prize shoot, or a travel fee will be charged of 85 cents per mile, each direction, beyond 20
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED
* All entries will be uploaded into an album by Tracy Joy Photography no later than Thursday July 22nd, 2010, on the facebook fan page
* To vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ (or under the new facebook system ‘like’)Tracy Joy Photography
* Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Tracy Joy Photography album labeled ‘Summer 2010 Cutest Kid Contest’
* Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. Comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes
* Tracy Joy Photography will verify that all ‘likes’ of the winning photo come fromTracy Joy Photography facebook fans, ‘likes’ from non-fans will not be counted
* Voting will close Friday July 30th, 11:59pm
* Official winner will be notified and announced no later than Sunday, August 1st, 2010
WHAT YOU WILL WIN
* The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most ‘likes’ will receive a free photo session with Tracy Joy Photography, 1 8×10 photo, 2 5×7 photos, 1 set of 8 wallets, and 3 digital images, watermarked and resized for viewing on the internet (facebook, blogs, email etc – not to be printed, reproduced, or altered in any way)
* Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before September 31, 2010
* Prize retail value of $220 – can not be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash
* Additional prints will be available for purchase at retail prices listed at http://www.tracyjoy.com/
* Not redeemable towards Birth/Newborn Photography
* No other promotions or discounts can be applied
